Welcome to our comprehensive stress and fatigue check for teachers

As a teacher, you have an immense amount of responsibility every day, both in the classroom and beyond. The challenges of your job can often be overwhelming and affect both your professional and personal quality of life. This questionnaire has been specifically designed to help you recognise your current stress levels and understand how different factors can contribute to emotional distress and exhaustion.

 

In two parts, we will work together to determine how much you are affected by stress and which aspects of your life may need more attention.

The quick test provides an initial orientation, while the detailed questionnaire enables a more in-depth analysis. At the end, you will receive a personalised evaluation and recommendations on how you can better deal with stress and strengthen your resilience.

Surrounded by the island's breathtaking nature, the sessions take place right by the sea, where the gentle sound of the waves helps you relax. Mindfulness hikes lead through the fascinating landscape and help you to reconnect with nature and yourself.

The methods learned during the retreat are not only valuable for your personal everyday life, but can also be used directly in class. Teachers will find simple but effective exercises that can easily be integrated into the school day. Our retreats offer teachers space for curious experimentation and intensive self-discovery. In practical exercises, mindfulness and relaxation are learned and consolidated both in silence and in movement. Participants reflect individually and benefit from the exchange in the group. Whether sitting, standing, lying down or walking - the exercises are varied and promote a deep understanding of one's own body and mind.

Flexibility and individual support

Our mindfulness and relaxation retreats in Mallorca are offered in a variety of formats, from individual private retreats to three or four-day events in small groups. Accommodation can be chosen freely according to preference, and the experienced trainer is always on hand with tips and recommendations to make the experience perfect.

Hi! I am Alexandra.

Certified mindfulness trainer, meditation teacher and coach. Since 2017, I have been supporting groups and individuals with passion and commitment on their path to greater serenity and well-being.
